Welcome to ForumBet. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our gambling platform solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Service Agreement Overview

ForumBet provides white-label gambling platform technology and related services to licensed operators in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. Our platform is designed exclusively for B2B partnerships with legitimate gambling operators.

Eligibility Requirements

To use our platform services, you must:

  • Hold valid gambling licenses in your operating jurisdictions
  • Comply with all applicable gaming regulations and laws
  • Maintain proper age verification systems (21+ in US markets)
  • Implement responsible gambling protocols
  • Provide accurate business information during registration

Platform Usage Terms

Our platform is licensed, not sold. You receive rights to operate gambling services using our technology under specific conditions:

Permitted Use

You may use ForumBet's platform to operate licensed gambling services in approved jurisdictions. This includes casino games, sports betting, and related gaming activities where legally authorized.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Operate in unlicensed or restricted jurisdictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
  • Sublicense platform access without written approval
  • Manipulate game outcomes or RTP configurations
  • Process payments from restricted territories
  • Market services to underage or self-excluded individuals

Licensing and Compliance

You maintain full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining all required gambling licenses. ForumBet provides technology - you handle regulatory compliance in your markets.

We reserve the right to suspend services if licensing lapses or regulatory violations occur. No refunds apply for compliance-related suspensions.

Payment Terms

Platform fees are calculated based on your selected pricing model (revenue share or fixed licensing). Payment terms are specified in your individual Service Agreement.

Late payments beyond 30 days may result in service interruption. A 1.5% monthly interest charge applies to overdue balances.

Data and Privacy

Player data remains your property. We process data solely to provide platform services. Both parties must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You're responsible for your own data backup procedures.

Service Modifications

ForumBet may update platform features, add new games, or modify existing functionality with 30 days notice for major changes. Security updates may occur without prior notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice. Immediate termination applies for:

  • License revocation or regulatory action
  • Material breach of terms
  • Non-payment exceeding 60 days
  • Fraudulent activity or illegal operations

Limitation of Liability

ForumBet provides platform technology "as is" for licensed gambling operations. We're not liable for:

  • Player disputes or gaming losses
  • Regulatory fines in your jurisdictions
  • Revenue losses from platform downtime (beyond SLA credits)
  • Third-party payment processor issues

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive rights to class action proceedings.
